Where is the Creative Zone Marketplace shop based?

We are conveniently located in Cornell (Markham, Ontario) near the Markham, Stouffville hospital.  We share a space with Tripl3 Baked.  

Can I buy a gift online and have it sent directly to a loved one?

Our baked goods can not be shipped at this time, however all our other vendors are more than happy to help send your special gift. Just let us know and we would be happy to make it special minus the invoice.  

How do I contact Creative Zone Marketplace?

Send all inquiries to creativechalkers@gmail.com.  Please be specific, mention the item and vendor product you are interested in and we will contact you within 24 hours.  

How do I return an item? 

All returns are treated as store credits towards the vendors shelf.  We are happy to accept all returns within 30 days of purchase.  Returns are only accepted if it is returned unused and in the same condition you received it.  It also must be in the original packaging and have the labeling attached. Certain items are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. These include and are not limited to earrings, etc.  

Returns can be done at the store or returned to 2677-2 Bur Oak Ave. Markham, Ontario L6B 1K8. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you can’t find what you are looking for, we are happy to help customize any orders for you.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of your control.  You will notify you of any delays on our end. Once it leaves our hands, it’s in the control of the shipping courier.

Can I pick up my order?

Of course, we are open Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Check the contact us for hours.  

***Please note that due to covid restrictions we are open Saturday’s for order pick up only.  See our websites for all available products.  If you would like to be the first to see all the products and sales then be sure to join our newsletter.  

How much is delivery?

Shipping will be calculated at checkout as it depends on the package and the location.  Right now we deliver in Canada and US.

Is my shipping subject to duties/customs?

If your delivery is outside Canada, you may be subject to duty/custom costs.

Is it possible to add or amend an order that I have placed?

If you need to add or cancel an order please contact, creativechalkers@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help. Once a product has been shipped though we can not make any changes.
