Where is the Creative Zone Marketplace shop based?

We are conveniently located in Cornell (Markham, Ontario) near the Markham, Stouffville hospital.  We share a space with Tripl3 Baked.  

Can I buy a gift online and have it sent directly to a loved one?

Our baked goods can not be shipped at this time, however all our other vendors are more than happy to help send your special gift. Just let us know and we would be happy to make it special minus the invoice.  

How do I contact Creative Zone Marketplace?

Send all inquiries to creativechalkers@gmail.com.  Please be specific, mention the item and vendor product you are interested in and we will contact you within 24 hours.  

How do I return an item? 

All sales are final, and refunds are not offered. Store credits may be provided at the sole discretion of the vendor. Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase and are only accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging and labels.

If you can’t find what you are looking for, we are happy to help customize any orders for you.

 

How long does delivery take?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of your control.  You will notify you of any delays on our end. Once it leaves our hands, it’s in the control of the shipping courier.

Can I pick up my order?

Of course, we are open Friday and Saturday. Check the contact us for hours.  

How much is delivery?

Shipping will be calculated at checkout as it depends on the package and the location.  Right now we deliver in Canada. US (coming soon.

Is my shipping subject to duties/customs?

If your delivery is outside Canada, you may be subject to duty/custom costs.

Is it possible to add or amend an order that I have placed?

If you need to add or cancel an order please contact, creativechalkers@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help. Once a product has been shipped though we can not make any changes.
